Personalized Candle Form

8 oz. Candle | $22.95

Please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. After submission, you will receive a draft (up to 3 revisions max.) of your label for approval. Once approved, an invoice will be sent. Your candle will ship after payment is received, with delivery expected within 3–5 business days. 

 

If ordering more than one candle, please complete a separate form for each.

Please note: 12 oz. candles cannot have a business logo applied.

Scent Choice

Custom Scents must be ordered 2 weeks before deadline.

Please keep in mind the label size is 2.5 x 2.75 inches. Keep text minimal. Be as descriptive as possible.

To help me create the perfect label for your order, please provide as much detail as possible:


  • Design Preferences: Indicate any specific fonts, colors (HEX codes if known), or design elements you'd like included. If these apply to a specific label (front or back), please note that as well.

  • Custom Label by Me: If you'd prefer that I create a custom design for you, please describe the person the label is for. Their personality, interests, aesthetic preferences, etc. This helps me tailor the label to fit them authentically.


Optional but helpful: Include their full name (e.g., for social media reference) so I can get a better sense of their style and vibe. The more information you provide, the more personalized and meaningful your label will be!

Terms & Conditions

  • Design Review & Approval: After submission, you will receive a draft of your custom label for review. You may request up to 3 revisions. Production will begin only after you approve the final design.

  • Responsibility for Content: You will be responsible for ensuring all text, images, logos, and other content submitted for the custom label are accurate and complete. Any errors in submitted content will be your responsibility.

  • Payment & Shipping: An invoice will be sent once you approve the final design. Your custom candle will be shipped after payment is received, with delivery expected within 3–5 business days.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Custom products will be made specifically for you and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges once production begins.
